Eligibility & Age Restriction

Where so444 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player does not meet the eligibility criteria — including age — the account will be suspended immediately and any winnings generated during the ineligible period may be voided. so444 will return the ineligible player's deposits in full where this is practically possible, subject to completion of verification procedures.
so444 operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Age verification may be requested at registration, first deposit, or first withdrawal. Accounts found to be operated by persons under 18 will be closed immediately.
Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID), government-issued passport, or valid Bangladeshi driving licence. Documents must be current, legible and clearly show your full name and date of birth.
Account Registration
To access so444's gaming and betting services, you must register a player account by providing accurate and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number and a valid email address. Registration is free of charge.
Each player is strictly limited to one registered account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, payment methods or IP addresses — is prohibited. Deposits & Withdrawals
All so444 player accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). so444 does not charge currency conversion fees because all accounts operate exclusively in Taka. Deposits and withdrawals are supported via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa and Mastercard.
Deposits: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay are credited to your so444 wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business hours to clear depending on the originating bank. so444 does not charge a fee on standard deposits; however, your mobile banking provider may apply its own transaction charges which are outside so444's control.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within one to four hours for bKash, Nagad and Rocket transfers from verified accounts. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. so444 does not charge a withdrawal processing fee for standard mobile-banking withdrawals. Bank withdrawals may take one to two business days. All withdrawal requests require a fully KYC-verified account. Players who have claimed a bonus must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawing any funds associated with that bonus.
Source of Funds: so444 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds deposited. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) measure. Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in the player's own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted and will be returned to the source account.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus credits are subject to a wagering (turnover) requirement. Bonus Abuse: so444 uses automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing bets on both sides of an outcome (known as "hedging"), using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or employing strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine sporting or gaming risk. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses may have their bonus voided and may be restricted from future promotional offers.
Promotional Changes: so444 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted a bonus will not be retroactively affected by changes made after acceptance, provided those changes do not constitute a material correction of an error in the original promotion terms.

Game Rules & Fair Play

Disputes: In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on the so444 platform and the result recorded on so444's server logs, the server log result will be treated as definitive. Players who believe a game result or bet settlement is incorrect must raise a dispute with [email protected] within 30 days of the event. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated.
Prohibited Gameplay: The following are strictly prohibited and will result in bet voidance and account suspension: use of automated betting software or bots; collusion between players at live table games; exploitation of software errors or vulnerabilities; any form of match-fixing or manipulation of sporting events.

Prohibited Conduct
The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on the so444 platform. Engaging in any of the acts listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and in serious cases, reporting to relevant authorities:
- Money laundering: Using so444 to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities, or using the platform as a vehicle to obscure the origins of illegally obtained funds.
- Fraud: Providing false personal information at registration, using stolen payment credentials, filing false chargebacks, or misrepresenting your identity for any purpose.
- Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one so444 account, including accounts created after a previous account was suspended or closed.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of a live casino game, poker hand or any sporting event for financial gain.
- Automated play: Using bots, macros, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other automated software to place bets, interact with games or gain information not available to a standard human player.
- System exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, connectivity issues or platform vulnerabilities to generate winnings that would not have been achievable under normal operating conditions.
- Threatening or abusive conduct: Directing abusive, threatening, racist, sexist or otherwise offensive communications at so444 staff, support agents or other players through any channel.

so444 employs both automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, so444 may take any or all of the following actions: suspend or permanently close the account; void some or all bets and casino play conducted during the period of prohibited conduct; withhold or forfeit account balances to the extent permitted; and report the matter to relevant financial intelligence or law enforcement bodies in Bangladesh.
so444 enforces a zero-tolerance policy on fraud, money laundering, collusion and automated play. Verified cases will result in immediate account closure and may be reported to financial intelligence authorities in Bangladesh.
Account Suspension & Closure
so444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity
- Receipt of a valid chargeback from a payment provider
- A player's own self-exclusion request submitted to [email protected]
- A court order, regulatory instruction or law enforcement request requiring account suspension
- Extended account inactivity (defined as no login for a continuous period of 12 months)
Voluntary Closure: Players who wish to close their so444 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's verified payment method within five business days, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
Inactive Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as inactive. so444 will make reasonable efforts to notify the player via the registered email address before applying any inactivity fee. Any inactivity fee applied will be clearly communicated in the notification and will not exceed ৳100 per month. Accounts with a zero balance will be closed after the inactive period without fee.
Appeals: Players who believe their account has been suspended in error may submit an appeal to [email protected] within 30 days of receiving notice of suspension. so444 will review the appeal and provide a response within five business days. The decision of so444's compliance team on any appeal is final.
To voluntarily close your so444 account, email [email protected]. Remaining real-money balances will be returned to your verified payment method within five business days of closure confirmation.
If you believe your account was suspended in error, email [email protected] within 30 days. Include your username, the date of suspension, and any supporting information. Responses within five business days.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, so444 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the so444 platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services.
Platform Availability: so444 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform at all times. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service outages, force majeure events, or factors outside so444's reasonable control. so444 will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance via the registered email address or platform notification system where practicable.
Third-Party Game Studios: so444 integrates games and betting content provided by third-party studios and data providers. so444 is not responsible for errors, malfunctions or interruptions originating from the systems of Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi or any other third-party content provider. In the event of a third-party system failure that results in incorrectly settled bets or games, so444 will endeavour to correct the error as quickly as possible in cooperation with the relevant provider.
Internet and Device Responsibility: Players are solely responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and compatible device when accessing so444. so444 is not liable for losses arising from disconnections, latency issues, or device failures that occur on the player's side during live games or in-play betting.
Cap on Liability: Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, so444's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their so444 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments to Terms
so444 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in applicable law or regulation, changes to the services offered on the platform, improvements to player protection measures, corrections of typographical or factual errors, or any other reason at so444's reasonable discretion.
Notice of Changes: Where a material change is made to these Terms & Conditions, so444 will notify registered players by email to their registered address and/or by a prominent notice on the platform no less than seven days before the amended terms take effect. Non-material changes (such as formatting corrections or minor clarifications that do not alter players' rights or obligations) may take effect immediately upon publication without advance notice.
Continued Use: Your continued use of so444 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. Severability: If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Sports Betting Rules and any specific promotion terms applicable to a bonus accepted by the player, constitute the entire agreement between so444 and the player with respect to use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations and agreements.
